Shalakany is pleased to announce that it has acted as local counsel to Banque Misr UAE, in connection with a USD 200 million medium-term loan facility granted to Telecom Egypt S.A.E (WE).
The Facility will be used to refinance Telecom Egypt’s existing short-term facilities.
