Biography
Omneya is a member of Shalakany’s Project Development and Finance and Capital Markets Departments.
Omneya is involved in drafting and reviewing all types of contracts. Omneya is further involved in drafting legal opinions on various aspects of corporate, commercial, oil & gas, projects, capital markets, and tax issues. Omneya has also worked on a number of merger and acquisition transactions that require extensive and advanced level of due-diligence reports. Omneya recently acted for VEON in relation to its mandatory tender offer to acquire up to 100% of Global Telecom Holding’s shares.
In the past few years, Omneya has assisted in advising regional and international NGOs including World Learning, Chemonics, Ahl Masr, International Foundation for Electoral Systems, IMA Chapters etc.
