Biography
Nada is a top high ranking graduate from Cairo University French Section and holds both a French and Egyptian law degree from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and Cairo University.
On the year of her graduation, Nada was one of the team members who represented Egypt in the Willem C Vis Moot in Vienna. Nada’s team was the first and only team from Egypt to make it to final rounds of the Moot.
After her graduation, Nada pursued her master’s and obtained master’s degree with honors from Paris 1 pantheon Sorbonne.
Nada is a member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. Nada has dealt with various high-level international arbitration and domestic litigation cases dealing with investment disputes, commerial disputes, agency and distribution, construction, anti-trust, hotels & tourism, insurance, aviation and financial claims. Nada has acted on behalf of clients in treaty-based arbitrations and commercial arbitration before the PCA, CRCICA, ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and DIFC-LCIA, as well as representing clients before national Egyptian courts.
Besides Nada’s main speciality in Egyptian law, Nada has worked on matters advising on Omani, Kuwaiti, UAE, French and Swiss laws. Nada also gives advice on labor and employment matters, Anti-trust regulations, tax issues and general civil, tortious and commercial matters.
Nada is currently involved in a number of domestic and international arbitrations.
