We successfully negotiated and finalized a Management and Operation Agreement with Dorra Developments, one of Egypt’s most prominent real estate developers and investors, for a new hotel located within Dorra’s latest residential/mixed-use project, “Ranches,” spanning 1.26 million sqm and strategically situated near Sphinx International Airport.
