We are thrilled to announce that we have acted as local counsel to the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in a financing transaction in Egypt. The financing was provided to Plantform Agribusiness, a leading player in the agricultural sector, to support their growth and expansion within Egypt.
The transaction, while complex and requiring extensive coordination over an extended period, was successfully closed thanks to the collaboration and dedication of all parties involved. We are especially pleased to have collaborated with Hunton Andrews Kurth, the U.S. counsel to DFC, in reaching the finish line.
