Who we are looking for
Shalakany is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Preparing proposals.
• Delivering presentations.
• Media monitoring and identifying new opportunities.
• Managing and generating content for the firm’s website and online social media accounts.
• Managing the publication of our newsletter and announcements.
• Managing the design and implementation of marketing materials, campaigns and events.
• Coordinating and liaising with suppliers and agencies.
• Providing Business Development and Marketing training for lawyers.

Shalakany is seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join their team. The position requires skills in scheduling, time management, email follow-ups, filing, documentation, and public relations. Key requirements include: 2-4 years of experience in a secretarial role. Excellent Arabic and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Strong technical writing skills. Experience in a legal firm is preferred.
