Cairo, Egypt – Shalakany is pleased to announce that it has acted as legal counsel for Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts Middle East in negotiating and concluding the Management and Operation Agreements with the New Urban Communities Authority (“NUCA”) and Misr Sinai for Tourism in relation to the huge touristic sovereign project “Al Tagally Al Aazam” in Saint Catherine City. The signing of the historic Agreements was witnessed by his excellency, the Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.
