Shalakany is delighted to have hosted its second Shalakany’s Women’s Achievements and Initiatives Celebration. As a leader in terms of gender diversity in the workplace with a 50/50 ratio of men to women across the Firm, Shalakany is a strong believer that this diversity and the empowerment of women in the workplace is a key to success.
Women coming from both the private and public sectors met last evening at the Shalakany’s Women’s Achievements and Initiatives Celebration, hosted at the Founders Spaces in downtown Cairo to recognize the achievements of women in the workplace.
We’re glad that we were joined by 5 multinational companies in an open dialogue showcasing their initiatives supporting women, we would like to thank this panel for joining us, this panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Lamise Aly Negm – Former advisor to the governor of the Central Bank of Egypt.
