Shalakany is thrilled to announce that Mr. Mahmoud El Omdah (IP Manager) has participated in the Consultative Roundtable on IPR Enforcement and Anti-Counterfeiting for North African Countries. The roundtable was held in Cairo, Egypt, during the period from 24th to 26th September 2024. <\/p>\n

The \u2018Consultative Roundtable on IPR Enforcement \/ Anti-Counterfeiting for North African Countries\u2019 is a multi-annual activity jointly performed by the Intellectual Property Rights & Innovation in Africa (AfrIPI) and the Intellectual National Industrial Property Institute (INPI)-France in collaboration with other partners.<\/p>\n

Mr. Omdah had the opportunity to participate in insightful sessions with Egyptian Judges, the Consumer Protection Agency, and Malek Hanouf from Louis Vuitton. The attendees discussed currently arising issues and challenges, available opportunities, practical solutions, and the means to raise awareness and strengthen IPR enforcement practices in North Africa.<\/p>\n
