Shalakany is pleased to announce that the Paints and Chemical Industries Company (“Pachin<\/strong>“) has officially appointed Al Ahly Pharos (investment bank) and Shalakany (legal advisor) to assist in all workstreams pertaining to the outstanding offers submitted by Saybad Industrial Investment and Sipes for the acquisition of Pachin\u2019s shares. The Egyptian Stock Exchange has published the appointment resolution on September 6th, 2022.<\/p>\n
