                  Biography
                  <\/strong>Ayman had his own office as legal consultant and litigator from 1990 to 1995. He also worked as a legal consultant and administration manager in El Shams for Importing and Exporting and Jasmine Modern Arts for Arts Production. From 1998 till 2003, Ayman worked in his own office as legal consultant and litigator. From 2003 till 2011, Ayman worked as legal and administration department manager in Evyap Egypt Soap, Personal Care Products and Detergents.<\/p>\n

                  <\/p>\n

                  Since 2011, Ayman is working in Shalakany Law Office as a Senior Associate in the litigation Department. He Provided advice on the implications of reorganizations, merges, and consolidations on labor relations. He also worked on collective bargaining strategies and related litigation disciplinary and dismissal disputes, alternative disputes resolution procedures, unfair labor practices complaints, employments issues and liabilities arising in sales and purchases of businesses and employment contracts.<\/p>\n

                  Also, as a part of the team acting for a wide range of the firm\u2019s clients, such as General Motors Egypt, Itoucho, The Brazilian Embassy in Egypt, Sidi Krir for petrochemicals, Carlson, Natco, Credit Agricole Bank, Commercial international Bank, Bechtel Egypt, Schlumberger Logel co Inc.<\/p>\n
