      Ahmed Joined the firm litigation department in 2009. Ahmed represents both national and multinational clients before tribunals and first instance courts and presents pleadings. Ahmed also prepares courts documents including memoranda and evidence files and research and drafts legal opinions.\n\n

      In 2012, Ahmed joined the corporate department till present. Ahmed is working intensively on establishment of multinational companies\u00a0and provides clients with a wide variety of services ranging from advising on documents for establishing companies branches subsidiaries or international corporate and joint venture agreements, and companies articles of incorporation\u00a0in addition to providing legal opinions on various aspects of civil code and drafting sale distribution, agency, supply and lease agreements etc.\n\n

      Ahmed is a part of the team handled various numbers of mergers and acquisition transactions that required extensive and advanced level due diligence report.\n\n

      Ahmed is a member of the team handled the following clients the Three Corners Hotel, Allianz Insurance Egypt, Cordiant Optical Networks, Nestle, Shell, LG Electronics Egypt, Panasonic corporation, Bechtel, UBS (Union Bank of Switzerland), TCL, TAKAUD savings and pensions, MGC (Misr Glass company), JICA Egypt office, Daihatsu Misr, Graziella, nipro Europe N.V, EL RASHIDY EL MIZAN ARLA foods, Walmart and kraft foods.\n\n
