Merger Clearance<\/strong><\/h5>\nWe handle regulatory clearance for some of the largest transactions in Egypt. We work closely with clients to develop a well-rounded understanding of their business, placing us not only to provide the solution, but also to assist our clients in finding the right and workable business model. Additionally, the Firm has acted for a number of clients in relation to merger-control filings in Egypt and COMESA.
