The Shalakany team working on the transaction was led by our Partner Omar Sherif along with Omneya Anas and Rokaya Ghoneim.<\/p>\n<p>Omar Sherif, Partner and lead of the transaction, said\u00a0<em>\u201cThis transaction has been years in the making and we are very proud to have finally seen it through.
