The Egyptian Stock Exchange (the \u201c<strong>EGX<\/strong>\u201d) announced the deposit of the offer with the FRA on June 6<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Omar Sherif, Partner and Transaction Manager, said:<em>\u00a0\u201cWe are delighted to have been able to make this submission swiftly on behalf of our client, despite having worked on a very tight schedule.
