The settlement follows from a favorable Award issued earlier this year by the Dubai International Financial Center- London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA) against a FTSE 100 company.<\/p>\n<p>Shalakany acted alongside Newton International Management, LLC. NIM\u2019s principal Ayman S. Ashour stated: \u201cThis was a long and difficult case, we had strong opposition from five different leading law firms but we prevailed\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Partner Adam El Shalakany stated that: \u201cIt\u2019s always good to get a positive result for MENA startups.
